We had a great experience renting from Natasha. The pickup process was very easy and they are very wonderful people. We had a slight issue with the fridge that was out of their control but they did everything they could to try to fix it. The return process was also very easy. Would definitely rent from them again. Like I said before very kind people that made the rental process very enjoyable.
