Johnathan has a great RV, more importantly he was very communicative in setting expectations and addressing any questions prior to rental. John was accomodating with pickup/drop off times. Everything with the RV was just as promoted and John gave a very detailed walk through prior to departure. He checked in with me during the trip to make sure we were good. Great experience. I will rent this RV from John again.

Initially rented this for additional lodging at our lake house for 4th of July, but ended up being the spot to be during those mid summer rains. Had a few user errors, and Johnathan was quick to help us resolve those errors. Definitely recommend the Apex, and can’t thank him enough.
