Overall it was a positive experience. We were unable to meet to do a walk through, so I had to drop off and leave keys, which caused some miscommunication. The unit was left in satisfactory condition.

We had a wonderful time with Kent and Jane’s van! They stocked it with everything we needed. The communication was smooth and easy. They were great to work with and the van was just what we wanted! We will rent from them again in the future!
