Tom was great to work with and very prompt. Even though the camper was a 2013, it was like new and very clean. This was a last minute thing for us and it worked perfectly to grab the camper on the way up north. The two reasons for not giving him 5 starts across the board was a problem we had with mosquitoes getting inside the camper at night and there were several campers that were cheaper in price, but simply out of the way to pick up. The mosquito problem may have been my issue the first night, being I did not realize there was a flap that covers the hinge for the foldouts. However, the last night we had the same issue and a bit worse, so still a mystery to me. I would definitely rent from Tom again, if he finds out where the mosquitoes were coming in and fixes the entry point.
