Very easy glamping !

Alfie was a terrific host. He was extremely responsive with any questions via text. He offered helpful hints. At the beginning of the trip, he walked us through the entire RV and pointed out all the things that we would need. He made check in and check out super easy. This rig was well-maintained, and we would definitely rent again. I am not sure why the post from May 2022 was so negative but none of the electrical issues they called out were present. Everything worked fine.

Total rip-off. Set our anniversary weekend and picked up the RV at the lot. Immediately noticed the horrible ripped furniture, and Alfi didn’t seem to know a lot about the different functions.

Once we got to the campsite and setup, the power in the plugs didn’t work, the awning required the neighbors and maintenance guys’ ladder from the campground to retract it. The TV didn’t work either and we contacted him in the evening and all he said was check the GFI and call outdoorsy support tomorrow and maybe they’ll get a technician out. No support from him. He offered a full refund once we said we want to return it right away the next day. He agreed, in writing, so we were going to meet later the next day (we planned and prepaid a river rafting adventure two hours away the next day), had to rent a vehicle because the RV was junk, and when we messaged to meet the owner, we agreed to meet the next morning, again for a refund. We ended our anniversary trip short, drive to return the RV, Alfie agreed to the full refund minus a little fuel, then kept all the money claiming and deposit, claiming he plugged in a coffee maker and the electricity worked. What a scam, I will be doing a chargeback on my card even though Outdoorsy has the communication thread and never be using Outdoorsy again. Do not rent this RV, you WILL regret it. Old reviews too.

Alfie was great! He answered all my questions about the RV and gave us tips on our planned trip (first time RV'er here). Responded to messages within minutes! The RV was in excellent condition when we picked it up.

Alfie was very good on communicating. The rv was ready as promised. He went through all the features and how to use them. Drop off was fast and easy too. Will rent again in the future.

Alfie was easy to work with, accommodating and flexible with pick-up times and return of the RV. The RV was very big, lots of storage and easy to drive.

There wasn't much for plates, etc, so come prepared with your own items. There was a nice table and chairs provided for outdoor use.

We had an amazing time with this RV. The kids were so excited that they have their own cubby. Alfie was easy to communicate, gave us a walkthrough, have us watch videos, get us prepared and everything was seamless. Highly recommended.

Renting from Alfie was a wonderful experience. This is our second rental from him, and our first Class A experience. When we came to pick it up, Alfie went through all the systems and made sure we knew how to work the slide. Everything was nice and clean inside and out, perfect for our trip. It drives really well and has plenty of power to go up any hill. Great turning radius to get into tight campsites. The side view and back up cameras make it so easy to visualize your back end and blind spots. Plenty of storage space inside and out for all of our gear. In fact, we didn't even use two of the outside compartments. If you haven't been lucky enough to try auto-leveling before, you will be spoiled by this RV and will never want to go back to using ramps or blocks. We really enjoyed the RV and it was a great rig to call home for a week.

Alfie was a great RV host! He explained how to use his RV really well, and responded to my additional questions from the road within an hour. The rig was spotless and very well maintained, but just a little worn on the upholstery and countertops - no big deal. All the appliances and electrical systems worked great - we made cinnamon rolls in the oven and the AC kept us cool in 100+ degree outside temps. The full size mattress was high quality and we slept well. We were very comfortable and would be happy to rent Alfie’s RV again.

Frankly speaking, it was my first RV trip, my trip even got deferred because of my personal reason, but it didn't stop me to have a trip in the CVOID time, so that's why I wanted the RV trip. Generally saying, the overall trip experience was very good to have. I learned what's a RV trip, when will I need a RV trip.
By talking the Owner, he was responsive for each messages and nice to accept the trip changing. Good guide for first time user like me.
The RV is good for a family with kids. It is supposed to be driven easily even I got a little bump with gas station pole when I was making a turn( I never had this kind of accident during my driving time).

Now let's talk about some cons.
It is a big RV, it can respond to wind sensitively, so when there is strong wind it can't be expected drive like your small car.
The equipment inside wasn't updated, you can hear the window shaking, there was windshield clean water, the table legs was kind of broken, and you can hear loud noise when you drive it on the highway, and very react to bumpy of the road.

Alfie was wonderful to rent from. Any questions I had, he immediately returned my texts and emails. His RV was perfect for our trip. I would definitely rent from him again. He is a super nice guy. He even met me early so we could get on the road as our campground was a first come first serve only. Thank you Alfie!
