Great experience for our first RV trip! It was a quick 2 night trip, and John & Shannon were great on keeping in touch! Really easy to drive considering the size.
I had a bunch of questions and they responded very quickly, even when on the road. The DVD player & screen was great although a little hard to hear for the kids in their car seats on the futon. The middle seat on the futon has this bar that made it uncomfortable to sit on, but futon was GREAT for car seats. Has the hook in the back to secure them. Only special notes that I have: (and this could change so please don't rely just on these notes) is we had to bring our own coffee maker, we brought a mini handheld vacuum to help with kids & snack messes, no toaster which I wish we would've brought for breakfast. Would definitely rent again for John & Shannon!

I am so thankful we took this RV, and especially thankful for John helping us so much along the way!! It was our first experience driving a motor home (there was definately a learning curve) but whenever we had questions (and there were a good amount!) he responded back to us right away. He was helpful, kind, patient and genuinely cared about us and our experience. He worked with us when we got in late the last night too, a god sent after our long trip! Can not rave about him enough, he was wonderful! Thanks John!

Fantastic experience. Easy to deal with , saved our trip after original rental cancelled due to accident
John stepped up and made the transition with minimal effort on my part
Vehicle handles like a regular sized truck with maximum room to enjoy living space

This was our first Outdoorsy RV rental, and if all experiences go this smoothly- we’re hooked! John could not have been more accommodating, and he responded to all communications promptly. Tessie is great for family trips- we really enjoyed the space and convenience of a Class A! At 32’, the RV handled great and was a dream to turn around and back up, as opposed to the 5th wheel we are used to. The younger kids loved their own space in the bunks, great layout, and friends commented on how nice the interior remodel was (freshly painted white and modern decor instead of the typical dreary browns and beiges). Lots of room in the exterior compartments, and it was truly set up for everything one might need. We did have one issue on our trip- a bar snapped in housing in the main RV door, and we were not able to open it. We called the CoachNet service provided with the rental, and were able to get same day service to have the entire lock/handle mechanism replaced. John was very apologetic about the experience and responded quickly and proactively during the situation, and although it was inconvenient, life happens and the repair and communication could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend!

Friendly, flexible and professional. Our two grandsons had wonderful time in their first ever motor home camper experience. We had to request several adjustments in our plans because of storms. . John couldn t have been more cooperative and easy to reach . Everything we needed was on board including skewers for hotdogs. Ours was 100% successful except I couldn t figure how to make DVD player work though I am sure it did. John G. VA Beach.

Just got back from our long weekend trip to Hilton Head Island and Lake Gaston,...we had a blast! John was so accommodating, we originally had rented a different unit that had an issue at the last minute which prohibited us from picking it up. I called John on Thursday at noon to see if his was available, he pulled it together and then we were in his unit heading south the very next morning!!! This unit is super clean inside, very easy to drive and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils you could ever need right down to the jalapeno corer! The sleeping accommodations were perfect, we had 4 adults and never got in each others way. Overall a great trip...., made memories... and are looking forward to the next trip! Highly recommended!!. Thanks John!
