The RV was clean and set up for us. The host was professional and promptly answered all my questions through the app. Definitely, we will rent with Ortega Trailer rental again if the need arises. We had a good experience.

Best experience ever with the host, the rental and with the hosts service and communication. Lisa, replied to all my questions extremely fast, delivered the rental early, she was super helpful along the entire process and definitely earned a future customer in the near future. 10/10 definitely.
