The whole experience from start to finish was an awesome experience. Tim- hands down a awesome guy. You just cannot find anyone better to deal with than Tim, He was so responsive polite friendly & more than willing to go above &beyond to help us out and make us happy. Tim has excellent communication skills. The trailer is so well maintained you know he takes very good care of it & everything you need was already in supplied for you...& stuff we didn’t know we needed -was in the trailer for us! He took my husband through how to work it all & what to do & I felt confident we could reach out to him at anytime for help. He was so easy to work with and organized! One of his most impactful moments was when he told us to take our time coming home- don’t stress -pretty much enjoy every min we can of our vacation (wedding anniversary). How thoughtful is that? Tim is one of a kind and we are glad we got to meet him. It made both me & my husband really take care and be extra vigilant about the cleaning & care of his trailer while we had it because you can’t help but respect Tim & want to take care of his property/trailer. Tim you made us feel good about us. I’m so glad we got the opportunity to deal with you & I hope we do so again.
