We definitely got a lot of attention in the van it was great! We had everything we needed to have a great week. It is an old van with some quirks but we never had any trouble.

We absolutely loved driving the Westfalia across Vancouver island and would recommend it to anyone looking to get the same experience! Aitor and Venessa were very accommodating and are wonderful people! They made the trip as easy as it could have been.

We loved Mojito and the attention she got as we drove her up island and across to the west coast. She runs like a dream and can barrel along at a steady 80 kph no worries. The van is well equipped. Additions could include a tin opener and washing up bucket for the times a camp kitchen was available but we managed!
It’s great to hire the BBQ and chairs as they enhance the experience (the chairs are low ones for the beach as each site has its own picnic table). We cooked fish each night on the BBQ, lovely!
It was great to have plenty of towels, pillows and tea towels! For overseas visitors I think it’s worth showing them the bear spray and how it works as we were clueless but in hindsight we realise they are all around and you should be ready with the spray in case.
The storage is great, plenty of room for the two of us and our things. The van was immaculate inside and out. A very good renovation job has been done and many people stopped us to comment on the vehicle and their own memories of holidays in a Westy.

We had a really good trip with my family. The van was very clean and it had everything we needed for a 7-day trip at 4 people. Aitor, the renter, was very kind.

We had a wonderful time driving around in Mohito. The best way to experience the island, we think, is in a van like this one 👌 - and furthermore, the owners are great people 😍 Good communication before,during and after our trip!

We had a blast driving one week around Vancouver island with Aitor's and Venessa's super cool mojito van. Everything went smoothly and the van offered great comfort, enough place to store all our stuff and even to cook a few good meals. Also, Aitor and Venessa were of great help for us to find good places to stay and visit on the island. We only have one regret: it was too short!

We had a great 5 night trip in Mojito exploring the island's provincial parks. This was our first experience with Outdoorsy and in a Westy - both being great. Mojito had all of the odds and ends to make a camping trip comfy across the island (like a great duvet and a cooler), as other folks have mentioned, and the van handled great in-town and on the highways. We definitely recommend Vanessa's setup and hope to visit again soon!

We loved our trip in Mojito, the cutest Westfalia! She had everything we needed for an amazing easy trip up and down Vancouver Island. Easy pick up and drop off, and friendly hosts :) there were three of us in the van for four nights, and we were comfortable and warm sleeping, and loved how easy it was to pack up and move on each morning. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!

What a fabulous experience! We rented the van to do a little road trip to Ucluelet with our two kids. We had a blast. The van was amazing - easy to drive and set up. It was fully equipped which made camping a breeze. Definitely would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the island at a leisurely pace!

Amazing experience with the Westy! Venessa and Aiton were easy to communicate with & readily available for any questions. The Westy came with everything needed (bedding, towels, dish soap, etc) and more! The van is extremely well maintained and perfect for the next road trip experience!

Unbelievable experience! The communication and flexibility in preparation for the trip was great. The van was well equipped - bedding, towels, pots and pans, as well as other cooking essentials. The van is well maintained, feels durable and is surprisingly fuel efficient. So easy to fly in from Calgary, pick up the van in a central location and hit the open road - perfect way to explore the island. We will definitely be renting again! Thanks Venessa and Aiton.

Me and my friend had a great time in the van! We spent a week on the island and would do it again. The van ran smoothly and we didn’t have any issues that we weren’t aware of that could happen. We were given a detailed run through of the van before we left for our trip! The host answered any questions that we had on the way.

This westfalia drives very well even if it is almost 40 years old! Driving lights are poor. Passenger mirror doesn't not stay in place. Communication with Venessa is sometimes very good and sometimes poor. Overall a good experience.
