We had a great experience with both Outdoorsy and Bill, the RV owner. I had never used an RV before, but wanted to experience it with my family of five. So we planned a trip based on renting an RV; the only realistic option for us at this point. We checked into multiple RV rental options and determined that Bill and Outdoorsy were the best for us. Being green to the whole scope of RV life, we went through tremendous amounts of studying, but were still a bit nervous about embarking on the trip; mainly because it was a two week, 3,600 + mile, trip. The biggest concern was how well would the tow vehicle pull this particular trailer. But Bill made it easy. He gave us guidance on the tow vehicle upfront and provided an all inclusive lists of to do's and checks that reinforced what we had learned on YouTube. Our 1/2 ton GMC truck pulled it with ease, we had zero technical difficulties on the road and in the end, we had a trip of a life time!
