Terrible experience from Sheila and her team. During our trip, the parking brake malfunctioned and was unable to disengage from "parked position". I recorded the video and sent it to Sheila and they did not respond. Due to the parking brake staying in parked position, we had to wait for roadside assistance for 6 hours and was unable to go on the next part of our trip. Because of the parking brake issue, the slider was also not working, therefore we were unable to sleep in the RV for 2 nights out of the 7 days I rented it. Sheila is also denying fault and leaving us with a $200 bill from road side assistance. DO NOT RENT FROM HER. She will not answer the phone, text, or respond when issues arise. I will be reaching out to Outdoorsy and my credit card provider for a full refund.

Our family had a great time. RV was exactly what we needed. Spacious and clean. Host took time to walk us thru all features and answered our questions.
