DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE- THEY ARE DISHONEST AND SCAMMERS- THEY CLAIMED WE VIOLATED THE PET POLICY IN THIS CAR, WHEN WE CAME FROM THE UK, AND MET THE OWNERS WITH NO PET, HOW WOULD WE TRANSPORT A PET FROM THE UK TO CANADA AND ARRIVE WITHOUT THE PET??? THEY ALSO CLAIMED THEY FOUND USED CONDOMS, WHICH IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER FALSEHOOD, AND ARE NOW ATTEMPTING TO TAKE NEARLY HALF OF OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. WE RUSHED BACK TO RETURN THE VEHICLE AS I HAD TO BOOK AN EARLY FLIGHT HOME TO GO AND SEE MY AUNT AS SHE WAS SICK IN HOSPITAL, DUE TO THIS WE MISTAKENLY LEFT SOME ITEMS IN THE COOLER AND SOME DISHES UNWASHED, UNFORTUNATELY WE RECEIVED NO UNDERSTANDING OR COMPASSION OR ANY RECOGNITION OF THE DIFFICULT SITUATION WHICH I WAS IN, AND INSTEAD WE WERE MET WITH FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF VIOLATING THE PET POLICY AND LEAVING USED CONDOMS IN THE VEHICLE AS I ASSUME THEY WERE UPSET ABOUT THE MISTAKE OF LEAVING ITEMS IN THE CAR AND SO THEY DECIDED TO LIE TO OUTDOORSY TO CLAIM MORE MONEY OFF US. I REPEAT- THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE BEEN DISHONEST TO OUTDOORSY IN ORDER TO TAKE MONEY OFF OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT- DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE GOING TO RENT OFF ANYONE ON THIS APP, DO NOT DO IT OFF PEOPLE WHO WOULD UNASHAMEDLY LIE IN ORDER TO NOT RETURN THE FULL DEPOSIT OFF YOU.

We really enjoyed our time in the van. The size is super practical to park in small camping spots and we had surprisingly enough space for sleep (I’m 6’1”). Everything was clean and comfy!

The camper was really nice to drive and very comfortable to sleep in! It was our first time using a camper for transport / accommodation and we were so pleasantly surprised ☺️ the host was also very easy to work with and very communicative!
