This was our first experience booking on Outdoorsy...and we were not disappointed! This was a last minute trip for my family and it couldn't have gone smoother. Michael was quick to respond and and patient with my questions through the process. He was extremely helpful in walking us around the trailer and explaining everything in detail. The Keystone Bullet was very clean and had plenty of space for my family. We would definitely recommend using Michael for your camping needs.

The trailer was new, clean, and nicely equipped. It is a lightweight trailer, given the length and space, and easily accommodated our family of 6. There was plenty of storage and a hitch and anti-sway bars were provided. The only challenge we had was getting the front stabilizing jacks lowered, as there is some bending of the jack. The owners mentioned this on the front end, so we expected it. The one recommendation I have would be is to provide leveling blocks to help get the trailer level when setting up. Overall this was a great experience with easy pickup and dropoff and a great trailer for our family.
