Derek provides great customer service, was quick to respond to messages, we had a minor hiccup and he was quick to come out and fix the issue. He provided a lot of supplies such as kitchen utensils and cookware. Camper was clean. He had a Roku stick if you have WiFi to help ease your morning with kids or going to bed. 10/10 would rent from him again.
