From the start Dan was very quick with his responses. He answered any question I had. He was at the meet up spot the exact time we said to be there. He explained everything we needed to know about to RV. The RV ran great and was perfect for what we needed. I would definitely rent this RV from Dan again.

Rv worked great. No issues. I needed an extension cord and it was there, I needed more garden hose and it was there, I need blocks of wood to prevent the jacks from sinking in and they were there. Everything I needed was available. And it all worked great including the air conditioning. Thanks.

My family and I couldn’t be happier with our rental experience and are full of gratitude for the kindness and responsiveness of Dan!! He responded almost immediately to our short-notice request and the RV was everything we could hope for on our trip! He was upfront about everything and available if needed during the trip. The RV performed better than expected, traveling to Florida and back with zero issues and was a comfortable ride for our family. Thank you so much Dan!! Because of you, we were able to spend precious time with my ailing father and your RV eliminated the worry of where to stay and saved on travel expenses!! Feeling so blessed!!!

Air Conditioning did not work in extreme heat. Called owner and left a message, no return call. Called him again, he said to check the breakers, we did, everything was fine. Owner never called to see if the issue was taken care of. Apparently we were expected to call him, which we didn't do. Very long, and hot ride home. Had a family emergency, so we had to return R.V. a day later then expected. Owner was very understanding about that, which we deeply appreciated. Owner was cordial enough, just unfortunate AND uncomfortable circumstances with no air. I don't believe that it was a good value for our vacation. We will definitely use OUTDOORSY again though.
