My wife and I are considering buying an Airstream. We decided to rent one for a week while we explored Olympic National Park. As we were driving through Montana on our way to Washington (we live in Michigan) we received an email cancelling the Airstream. We were three days away!! To say we were shocked is an understatement. Brittany claimed there was a problem with Outdoorsy and Outdoorsy blamed Brittany. Regardless, there is no excuse for such late notice. I would have left zero stars if possible.
