Working with Joe was a total breeze. I got to meet him & his wife. They were both super sweet. The trailer was in good condition and clean. He was nice enough to not only set it all up get the AC running prior to our arrival since it was pretty warm out when we got there. I didn’t take any photos to share, unfortunately. We will definitely be booking with Joe again when the time comes!

Had my first outdoorsy claim filed against me for a side bay storage door that came off the track when simply turned the thumb lock to open it. Pretty unfortunate that I took the wrong end of what was a previously damaged accessory. I didnt even operate the unit. Unit was delivered. Make sure to inspect everything top to bottom before accepting the rental.
