The hosts are amazing and were so great at communicating. We had a few maintenance issues that my husband repaired himself; one tire had a hole, which he plugged, and the toilet was leaking. The host paid us for our time, which was so nice. The only reason I am giving 4/5 is that these issues shouldn't have even happened, and the trailer has been loved by many families. The floor plan is perfect, and the entire trailer is very spacious.

Great rig w lots of beds. Everything works as it should. My only complaint is we are spoiled with a large shop and keep our toys indoors. This is stored outside and in a somewhat tight to access parking spot. It’s still a great trailer and I’d rent again.

As our trip approached I messaged the owner and asked how much it would cost if I were to get the rv the night before, she immediately changed my dates and charged me before letting me know the cost. When we arrived to pick up the rv the owner struggled getting the hit hitch calling someone else to bring the hitch pin etcc… when we arrived at our location after 3 hours of driving we realized the owner did not include the power cord to plug the trailer in to power source, when contacted she said it was plugged in to her house still and blamed my husband for it! A weekend without power in a filthy rv , dirty sheets and blankets, vents filled with debris, warm fridge that wreaked! Returned trailer on the 5th got a rave review from owner on the 6 th probably because the trailer was cleaner than when picked up! On the 10th, 5 days after drop off an out of the 48 hour claim window, the owner charges my card $212 for a broken glass of some sort without warning or questioning! Definitely appealing these charges and feel as though atleast a partial refund should be given for the power situation! Owner has not answered any messages for my request to appeal charges! Definitely don’t recommend!!!!

Trailer was clean, had what we needed. Did have to rent the generator to get everything to work, so would recommend doing that otherwise microwave and plugs won’t function. It’s a large trailer and swayed a lot when driving so recommend a sway bar. Pick up and drop off was easy. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

Amanda was quick to answer any question and everything was great!!! She was flexible with our schedule which was wonderful! Nice trailer, super clean and well stocked !

Amanda was a great host and the trailer was perfect for the trip. Very easy to work with. Even when I let her know I would be late for drop off she worked with me.
