Great experience with Aaron and Leanne renting the trailer for Father's Day weekend at Morro Bay. Very communicative and trailer is exactly as described. Very clean and worked out perfect for our family. We would definitely use them again.

Leanne and Aaron are both very responsive and easy to work with. From inquiring about the trailer, booking, checking in and checking out. They both made the process very seamless. Leanne was very thorough with our check in. She made sure to go over everything and gave us very clear instructions. Very helpful when we had questions while we were using the trailer. They both have great restaurant recommendations for brunch. The bedrooms, bathroom, bedding and kitchen area is very cute and updated. My family had a great stay in the trailer. Highly recommend and would definitely rent their trailer again.

Best experience ever. I made arrangements to have the trailer delivered to Pismo Beach, set up & taken down, and picked up. Leanne was wonderful, didn't get to meet Aaron. A friend joined with her own rig and we had 3 dogs and 3 puppies, No kids! However, the puppies were a kid magnet and we had at least 15 coming by to play with the puppies while we were there and met wonderful people. Will definitely do this again, especially with Aaron and Leanne, thank you for making this a great experience. Lani

We had an absolutely wonderful trip to Pismo Beach using Aaron and Leanne's trailer. The trailer was in excellent condition, and was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy both the beach and our campsite. We will definitely book again with them!

Outdoorsy is a very easy convenient site. Aaron and Leanne had a beautiful RV and they always answered any questions I had from beginning to end and made it so easy for us. Thank you and would definitely use them again!

Leanne was great! She was very helpful, punctual and responsive. I needed an adapter for my generator and she went out of her way to let me borrow one and even brought it to me. The trailer was clean and so was everything in it (towels,pans,dishes,cutlery,sheets). It just made for a very easy and comfortable experience. I will definitely rent from them again.

It was unfortunate that your delivery and set up did not go smoothly but that was not because of anything with our trailers and instead was due to a lack of camping reservations for your group's total number of vehicles. Your group was notified two months in advance of your reservation date that we could not do delivery and set up for you at your chosen campground, and given the name of a company that could, as well as to the need to purchase passes for each trailer but did not despite being encouraged to do so three times. As you chose to use someone else as the point of contact for your group you may not have been aware of that, because you personally did have the necessary reservation for the trailer you rented and your vehicle but others did not. I am saddened that you chose to lower our rating when your experience was not related to the trailer or rental, and we went above and beyond to try and help to answer questions to a total of 246 messages and even stored extra vehicles at our home.

Aaron and Leanne were professional in the entire process. They were prompt with communication; I had questions prior to renting the RV and they were responsive then just as they were until pick up of the trailer when my trip was done. The trailer was clean, fully stocked, and everything worked just fine. I'd can't recommend enough. Thank you Both!
