THE WORST EVER. He refused pick-up on the day of rental despite full prior payment of all rent and the security deposit. He cancelled the contract, but then signed a new contract, and then insisted on an additional $515 cash at pick-up. Mind you this was literally while our flight to Florida for pick-up was in the air. The pick-up belatedly occurred at a mall parking lot with linens missing and minimal instruction. The unit was in poor condition given its age. We drove it less than 8 hours the entire week, and were happy to be done with it when returned. Afterwards a list of invented charges were drawn from our security deposit totaling $1655, none of which seem legitimate. We are reporting Italo to the local police for fraud. In 25 years of renting RV's I have never had these sorts of problems, and have never before given an owner a negative review. Italo is the horror story that should cause all to use great caution when renting an RV.
