It was a great experience. All we had to do was show up with our food, clothes and pillows. Having it delivered took so much stress out of the experience. Being dog friendly camper made me concerned that it might have a smell of dogs. But it was perfect. Also appreciated the communication prior to trip. Nice reminders and suggestions leading up to the dates. Will definitely keep Rich in mind for future trips. Thanks Rich

Perfect experience! Rich’s RV was perfect for our family of 5, and could have easily slept 1-2 more. Rich was friendly and kind, and met us early when our site became available a bit earlier than expected. He was patient when explaining how everything worked, spent a good deal of his own time
trying to set it up in the perfect location for our site. The rig was clean and well equipped, AC was cold, the beds were comfortable, and the service was impeccable. The added chairs and dog fences were much appreciated! We would rent from him again without hesitation.

Anyone who is looking to rent an RV should check this one out! The owners are amazing and super helpful! They were so easy to rent from! You will not be disappointed with the RV or the owners! Loved our RV trip and hope to rent again soon! Thanks Rich to you and your wife.🤓

If you are looking to rent an RV from someone who is friendly and nice, you need to talk to Rich. He was wonderful. I noticed a mistake in total cost of the rental. We talked about it and worked it out. When he got to the campsite, he was smiling after driving an hour to drop off the RV. He went over everything about the RV and also pointed out the problem areas. The contract was straight forward. The RV was great with a large bed and a bunk bed. You can also turn the couch and the eating area into a sleeping place. There were condiments, cook ware, dish ware and everything was available for us to use that was in the RV including his movie collection. If you are going to Virginia Beach and looking for an RV, you need to call Rich.

5 stars. We had a great experience renting from Rich. We were first time ‘camper towers’ and Rich was very patient and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. He even provided an instructional video and checklists to assist! We were very pleased with the experience and would recommend renting from Rich to our friends.

Rich is such a great guy to work with. Him and his wife had our children in mind the whole time. He communicated with us and was very flexible. They even took the time to make a video so we knew what we had to do. Unfortunately we ended up not renting because of the Governors Executive Order to Stag Home, but when it lifts, we sure will be getting in touch with Rich to rent his travel trailer again. Thanks Rich for making us feel like family!
