Highly recommend them! Reasonably priced. Good selection. Not exactly “white glove” service yet, but they’re really nice, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. As they grow, I’m sure they’ll improve the facilities!

Location for pickup and drop off is very far for me or any of my Chicago area friends to considering renting from you.
Drop off in the evening was very dark and parking was difficult because of no or very little lighting.
The RV I had had a shuttering when braking. It seems as if the rotors needed to be replaced because of warpage.
Other than that, the RV itself was clean and ran great.
I was shown how everything works and functions.
Thanks for the opportunity to experience an adventure in an RV.

Great to work with. Every question asked was answered and very accommodating. They also have plenty of extras to add to make your trip better. I rented a bike rack which made my life much nicer. The trailer was exactly as advertised and in good condition. I would absolutely use them again.

Their service is terrific! Easy pick up & drop off. Unit was in good shape. Everything worked great. Brad gave me a great tour on how everything worked when I picked it up & I had no issues while setting it up by myself. They responded quickly when I had a few minor questions. I will definitely rent from them again. Thanks guys for a seamless process! Kristin

Glad to have the RV Rentl Factory taking over the 83RV rental piece. Brad provided great customer service. The unit was newer and preformed beautifully. We will be back in October for another Class C rental.

Cabinet doors by bathroom broken unusable oven will not turn on unusable sewer tank 3/4 full of black sewage can be has been repaired with duct tape and electrical wiring can be very finicky to use all not too bad front brakes pulse when using

The host was excellent. He worked with me every step of the way. Very clear, cut instructions on towing set up and went to look out for. He was also available while we were on our trip.

RV rental factory made everything about this experience seamless and easy! I arrived and the RV was ready and in good condition. When I dropped off they were ready for me, and they were extremely responsive and helpful. The RV itself seemed almost brand new and was perfect for our camping trip. Would highly recommend.
