Hi there! We’re the Dunlaps (AKA Funlaps!)—an adventurous Alaskan family who loves camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors whenever we can. When we’re not busy with our day jobs or chasing after our two small kiddos, you’ll find us out making the most of Alaska’s wild beauty. We started renting out our three campervans to help others experience the same kind of fun and freedom we enjoy. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or an epic road trip, we’re here to help make it unforgettable. We love sharing our favorite routes, campsites, and hidden gems—so if you need tips or recommendations, or have general questions about traveling to/through Alaska, just ask! We had such a blast in the van. It was my husband, 1 year old, 3 year old, and me. Very family friendly with the bench for car seats and fold down second bed! Seriously some amazing lifelong memories made and Julie was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had an amazing trip in the Vanimal. Everything worked great, was like new, and we had all that we needed for our road trip. Julie was easy to communicate with and helpful. This was our first time renting a camper van and we had such a positive experience from start to finish.

Clifford was an incredible first camper van experience! Julie was great with communication while planning the trip, and anything we needed. Zach was awesome walking us through the entire van when we went to pick it up. There is so much you can do in Alaska, and they have completely outfitted the van to allow for that. It was easy to drive and a great set up for our family of four.

Personally the best part was the ease of everything. The pick up, drop off, the items we had at our disposal to use. It made the trip so much better.

A tremendously comfortable van that nevertheless was able to handle Alaska’s rugged terrain with ease. This was our first van trip but Julie and Zach made it so enjoyable that I really hope it won’t be our last.

10/10 would recommend to EVERYONE! The van was excellent. The renters were wonderful, responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed and we loved running around in the beautiful van. This was a trip we will always remember. Thank you ☺️

10/10! Highly recommend renting from Julie & Zach! Great communicators and highly invested in their vehicles and clients. Loved the freedom of exploring Alaska via campervan. Lots of boondocking opportunities and amazing scenery! Don't think, just do it!

Vangoh was perfect for our trip! The beds were so comfortable and the van had everything we needed for a week of camping. Julie was also so easy to work with as well in regards to pick up and drop off. We had a fantastic time!

Loved Clifford. Van drove great. Easy pick up and delivery. Everything went very smooth on our trip. The amenities provided were great. Comfy beds, fridge was awesome, very roomy for our family of four. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to rent this again in the future.

The Vanimal was spotless, comfortable, and super fun to drive around! My wife and I had such a great experience in Alaska and the Vanimal made it that much better. I would recommend this van to anyone!
