The trip/drive was fine. It’s the RV that was FILTHY!! This was our first trip renting an RV and we found the RV to be extremely disappointing. There were dead roaches in corners and one in the fridge which WE had to clean out the fridge and sweep/wipe the floors. There was hair in the shower and the outside had not been cleaned in months. No gas and we had to stop and put gas in it. Once we stopped for gas I had to clean the front window so I could see out of it to drive. My girlfriend refused to shower in it nor would she sleep in the bed. Girlfriend also would not sit in the passenger seat without a towel and then didn’t sit there but for 30 mins the remainder of the trip. The only reason we continued the trip was because I rented it from out of town which was on our way to our destination. Everyone was sold out for the weekend and there were no rooms available where we were going. If my girlfriend had seen it prior to renting it we would NOT have rented it. The plugs did not work and the awning was broken. The floor in he bedroom had soft spots in the floor and you could feel the spots as you walked as if it would cave in. Just one disappointment after another. There is no way I would have ever rented it in that condition if I was the owner. Shame on me for not doing a more thorough walk thru before signing the paperwork. The owner apologized and gave a $100 credit but for what I experienced. The only positive thing I could say is that it drove fine but lacked cleanliness. We had lysol, febreze and even a cheap shower curtain to cover the sofa when we sat and slept. There was no way my girlfriend was gonna sit on the bare sofa. Yuck is how I will end this review.

We didn’t take this trip, I showed up to pick up the RV we rented and it didn’t look anything like the pictures. The family that we rented it from came back from there personal vacation 2.5hrs after we where supposed to rent it. The RV was filthy and full of there personal items. I told her I would be embarrassed to drive it, cause it looked like trailer trash and, on top of that, I didn’t want to get a disease from how unsanitary it was. These people where marketing a brand new RV. Not this old dirty, faded RV. I would 60 plus hours a week. Did wxtensive research, drove almost two hours to this RV. This isn’t right to do to people. The pictures online showed this RV to be In impeccable shape, with free generator hours to top it off. Prior to the trip, she said the generator “was free” didn’t even work. Thai was a complete family vacation let down. We are currently dealing with the headache of disputing this with Outdoorsy. We should really be rewarded our money back and damages, please be cautious when renting. You can’t trust people at their word unfortunately. I have attached a picture that shows the time the image was taken. It was like 5:27. The reservation started at 3. I told her we would arrive between 4-5. They had it packed with junk and she told me she cleaned it herself on the way over… I pretty much said how can you adequately clean anything filled with that much stuff and people. Seriously a special kind of special. With Covid and human sanitation… NO THANK YOU!

This was our very first experience renting/driving/traveling in an RV and Ashley made it so simple and enjoyable! We took this amazing RV on an extended road trip out west to complete the Montana Dinosaur Trail. It's in great condition and we never worried once about having any maintenance issues. It was also nice not to have "Rent Me" plastered across the outside of our RV. We definitely weren't trying to attract any extra attention to ourselves. We did have a few people compliment us on our rig and tell us how much they liked it!
Ashley communicated quickly and answered all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. We're already making plans to rent it again for future adventures! Renting through Outdoorsy is really the best way to go and we highly recommend Ashley, her RV, and Outdoorsy for anyone considering renting an RV.

Ashley was everything we could have hoped for during the experience. She was very responsive, accommodating, and ensured we had what we needed for the trip. Quick process on both ends helped keep us on schedule as we were flying in. Would recommend.

Great experience renting from Ashley. She provides everything you need to have a great trip. She spends as much time as needed to show you how everything works. This RV was perfect for our needs and great for a family with two or more kids. Everything was in perfect working condition and it was clean, we just had to bring food, clothes and camp chairs. Ashley was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We will definitely rent from Ashley again!
