We rented this 2024 Thor Chateau for three nights of dry camping at Plumas-Eureka State Park with our toddler, our baby, and our 15 lb dog, and the whole experience was smooth start to finish. Erin and Bibin communicated quickly from booking through drop-off, had the rig clean and ready, and gave us a thorough walkthrough at pickup. We’re newer to RVing and left feeling confident with all the systems. The Chateau handled the climb into the mountains without any drama and was easy to drive for a 24-footer. Our campground had no hookups, so the solar plus a few generator hours a day kept us comfortable the whole trip. Great family rig and great host. We'd definitely rent from the Erin and Bibin again!

The hosts are delightful people but the RV did not perform as we had hoped. We experienced an unusual harsh winter storm when we arrived in Yellowstone Nat. park on 6/26/26. We had rain and snow for 4 days with temp. down to 31 degrees. This RV battery is powered primarily by solar, and then by generator. Under the weather conditions, the solar was useless. We used the generator when allowed between (8 am to 8 PM). The heater worked for two days, and then it would not turn on. The nights were miserably cold. A propane powered heating system would have been preferable.
P.S. Be aware that there is NO cell service in Yellowstone so there is no way to get assistance. No compensation for this lack of heat has been received.

The rv was amazing. It had everything we needed! We were pretty unfamiliar with the rv so a more detailed instruction manual would have been helpful. We called the host a lot 😂. But other than that it was great!

We were told when we picked up the RV by Bibin that we didn't need to take photos as they were available on the rental app. Being new to Outdoorsy, I assumed this was true. Turns out not to be the case. The day after returning the RV and doing the walkthrough with Bibin, he found no issues. Two days later, with no notification from the owner, we found a $174.63 charge on our credit card for a scratch in the freezer door. We don't believe we scratched the door and have requested access to the before rental photos (showing the date on which the pictures were taken) which Outdoorsy says can only be gotten from the owner. We have received the after photos showing the scratch but not the date stamped before photos.

We had such a great experience renting Beefy Becky. The RV was clean, well-maintained and really easy to navigate. Everything was intuitive and ready to go, which made settling in a breeze. The hosts were fantastic communicators. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed

We had an amazing adventure in Beefy Becky! The RV was stocked with everything we needed. It was clean and spacious and totally comfortable to drive. Erin and her husband were really accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful and Comfy RV. Great communication with the hostess Erin. Didn’t use the electric range as we used the microwave oven. Nice board games/cards provided. Nicely equipped too.

Fantastic trip provided by Beefy Becky! The communication, instructions, and attention to detail was flawless by Erin and her husband. Such an incredible experience fly fishing, rafting and seeing the Redwoods up close and personal.
