Kevin is great! Very knowledgeable and they RV is well stocked. Like a Boy Scout stocked.(all the normal essentials most with extras, games on board, stakes for the canopy, emergency lantern, small tool kit, even has a compressor in the back storage should the need arise). Response time was great throughout. We did have one issue and the generator malfunctioned the last night, but not even a guy as prepared as Kevin can foresee that. On a good note kevin responded almost immediately to trouble shoot the issue but could not get it to restart. I have no doubt Kevin has a regular maintenance program with detailed records. Just the kind of guy he is. Would have been 5 stars across the board but the generator was a small inconvenience as we were not at a place to plug in. Fridge and freezer were very cold which has been an issue on other RVs I have rented. I would definitely rent this unit again from Kevin

Kevin was great to work with. The RV was in perfect condition. Kevin had the RV fully stocked with different items so we were prepared. I would recommend this RV and plan to rent it from Kevin again.

Wow, this was one of the best camping trips I've ever been on. Camping with 2 kiddos can make any vacation seem like work. Not with this RV. Getting to shower and sleep in ac after a day of swimming and hiking in the texas summer heat really made all the difference. The vehicle was spotless when we picked it up, equipped with everything one would need. All we had to bring was clothes and food. Kevin was great from the get, especially considering we contacted him less than 24 hrs before we were wanting to rent. He gave us the tour of the rv, providing easy direction on the very user friendly vehicle. Would rent again, without a doubt! Thanks Kevin!

This was our first experience in renting an RV and we couldn't be happier! Kevin was very accommodating, courteous, and a pleasure to rent from. The RV was immaculate upon pick up, well stocked, and 100% ready to go. He took the time to go over every detail in regard to it's operation and maintenance, and the personalized gift basket prepared by Kevin's girlfriend was a welcoming touch... HIGHLY recommended!! Thanks again Kevin!!
