We took Haley out to Vancouver island for 3 nights and it couldn’t have turned out better with all the amenities the van provided. We didn’t have to worry about charging our devices as it comes with a fully charged portable power station. The back of the van is the cooking station where it’s super easy to set-up and easily fired up a hot meal (it also comes with a water tank to easily wash anything you need). It also has a cooler/fridge powered by the van so it did not limit what we wanted to bring. We went to a rustic remote campsite that had no picnic table and what came clutch is Gideon providing 2 camp chairs and a portable table that’s super easy to assemble.

We drove over 3k with the van and were, because of Haley, able to explore the beauty of West-Canada! Super compact and useful set-up. Heavy and somewhat older car so a bit loud every now and then but no problems overall. Gideon was very responsive and ensured we knew everything about the car we needed to. He handled a potential issue with the ABS graciously so that we felt safe during our trip. Pick-up and drop-off was smooth. Would highly recommend renting this van!

We really enjoyed our trip with Haley! The van was easy to drive, had just enough space, and was very comfortable. It came with a basic kit for cooking and washing dishes, which was really nice! We were two friends traveling together and we slept really well inside for 8 days. The bed feels a bit bigger than a double, so it wasn’t too tight at all. Honestly, the mattress is quite thick and very comfortable! I recommend it to everyone!

Die Absprachen mit Gideon haben herausragend funktioniert und er war in allen Belangen super hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar! Haley war genauso wie sie dargestellt wurde und wir hatten einfach durchweg eine tolle Zeit mit ihr. Wir würden jederzeit wieder eine Reise über die beide buchen!

From first communication with Gideon, to our road trip up Van Island, Haida Gwaii and back through mainland BC, everything went brilliantly. Collecting Haley from Gideon was relaxed but thorough as was our final hand-in. The vehicle was so easy to drive and manoeuvre, we felt sorry for the huge RVs struggling into camp sites or onto the ferries. The bed was super comfortable, the window blinds and mosquito sleeves worked perfectly, and the kitchen set up brought many appreciative comments from fellow campers (and us!).

Enjoyed a little getaway to Cultus Lake, comfy and cozy. Loved the ease of pulling in and being set up and ready to go, with no setting up of a tent.

We booked Haley following a last minute cancellation and it ended up being the best course of action for us ! Gideon was friendly, easy to reach, gave us good recommendation. Haley had all the necessary equipment for camping for 4 days, even in the rain. The setup of the van was very user-friendly, we didn’t have any issues setting up the bed, the table or the cooking station. We would strongly recommend renting Haley for traveling around Vancouver. Hopefully we’ll get to rent her again!

Are you lucky enough to have landed on a web page for renting Haley, the super (custom-made) campervan for your trip? If so, then you'd be wise to follow up on it, because you can't do better. I had Haley's services for 8 great days, and I could only wish that I'd had her for longer. We explored the BC lower mainland and Vancouver Island together. She's a Dodge Grand Caravan that's well experienced and is all set up for exploring back roads and off-the-grid situations -- which is fortunate, because for me it was all new. But Haley, and her owner Gideon, made it super-easy. Take my advice: Haley's a great choice for YOUR holiday adventure. ~ A. Wood

We had a great road trip in this van — it was well-equipped and made our mini camping tour of Southern BC really comfortable. The bed was simple to set up and take down, and it was nice having all the basics on board.

Such a wonderful experience! First time camping in a van stayed completely dry in pouring rain. Spot for 4 adults to hang out in comfortably. Everything is so well thought out and accessible from inside or outside and it’s super easy to convert bed to seating. Loved my adventure with Haley and would definitely go again!

We had an amazing time with Haley! The camper setup was incredibly well thought-out (more glamping than camping) and made our road trip super comfortable and easy. The bed was surprisingly spacious and perfect for two people. Everything we needed was there, and it was clear a lot of care went into the setup. Communication with Gideon was smooth and prompt - he was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommend renting Haley for your next adventure!
