Our family trip to South Dakota was amazing. We hit a few bumps in the road but with Wes as our guide, everything went smoothly. We did have to use Outdoorsyâs roadside assistance due to a mechanical issue we had and the tech they assigned us to wasnât great. We got lucky and the KOA campsite we stayed at in SD gave us the name of a local RV tech who saved us. His name is BJ Miller (from Journey RV) who drove out 1.5 hours on a Sunday evening to help us. He truly was our knight in shining armor.

Wesâs motorhome is hands-down one of the most beautiful and well-appointed RVs weâve ever rented. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear that every detail had been thought of - and then some. The entire coach was spotless, everything felt brand new, and it was stocked better than most peopleâs own homes: kitchen gadgets, quality linens, outdoor chairs, games, cleaning supplies⌠you name it, it was there. We quickly realized we had overpacked after learning of all the supplies onboard.

We took an RV trip to South Bend to see a Notre Dame football game (me and my wife and another couple). Wes was a great host, took the time to explain everything and educate us on every aspect of the RV and how to use it. His communication was excellent, very prompt and accommodating. The RV itself was immaculate, and very clean. It had a lot of amenities and felt luxurious. It really was an awesome trip, highly recommend Wes and his RV!
