We had am awesome time with this rv and Chris was very kind and easy to work with. The bunk set up was perfect for our group, 6 of us each had our own place to sleep, trailer was clean, fridge worked great, awning worked great as well. We didn't add any water to use the facilities so I can't speak to their effectiveness, but we had an amazing trip.
