The trailer itself worked well for us however this was our first experience towing a travel trailer and we had to teach ourselves the ins and outs in real-time. The owner advised us that his neighbor would help answer our questions and explain the trailer when we picked it up and when we arrived the neighbor was not aware of that responsibility, nor did he know very much about the trailer. It was a comfortable trailer and worked out well, but I would recommend insisting on meeting up with the owner if you're unfamiliar with using a travel trailer. That way all questions can be answered and technical details can be discussed.
