We rented one of VI Overlander's trucks for our Vancouver Island trip and couldn't have been happier with it. The rig was clean, well set up, and had everything we needed. We really didn't have to bring much besides clothes and food.
We had a small battery issue during the trip (just bad luck, not anyone's fault), but Taylor replied right away and helped us get it sorted quickly. He was also full of great recommendations for places to camp and things to see, and was always quick to answer any questions we had.
Pickup and drop-off were easy, and Taylor was flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process.
We'd definitely rent from Taylor again and would recommend them to anyone looking to explore Vancouver Island. It made our trip so much easier.

The truck was awesome and perfectly equipped for a one-week backcountry trip on Van Island!
