Armando was wonderful at commication and answered all of my questions! Pick up and drop off we’re incredibly easy and allowed us to get on the road quickly and start exploring!

Armando was super responsive, starting before we reserved the van, all the way through returning it and was super helpful in explaining how the van worked. We had an awesome time with the van and no issues. Everything worked well and went smoothly. Highly recommend renting from Armando!

Van was perfect for our trip. We had a brake light come on during our trip. Armando answered my calls immediately. He offered to pay for any repairs or facilitate any other arrangements we considered. In the end, it was only a sensor and we continued on our trip.

Some instructions on the procedures of the vehicle would be nice, we figured things out and he was super fast to communicate when we had questions but some list of ‘how to’s’ would be helpful.

What a great time. Armando is great and the van is perfect for a trip out East. The van itself is within the length limits of some of the tighter roads up in Yosemite/Sequoia/Kings and the sleep conditions are perfect. Spouse is 6’2” and slept like a baby. Kitchen is stocked and we had a blast.
