The trailer was exactly as Jared described. It was in excellent condition and pulled nicely. Jared was great to work with. He was quick to respond to questions and was happy to work with us to make sure we had a great trip.

Trailer is well maintained and very light to tow (Tacoma V6). Battery, gas and water lasted us for 3+ days/nights. Very comfortable and quiet place to sleep, and the slideout is very useful. Enjoyed watching mountain storm through huge window over bed. Thanks Jared!

Lance trailer was low on propane, owner acknowledged tire with slow leak, battery did not hold a charge requiring us to purchase during trip (owner reimbursed) tongue jack failed on return due to lack of proper maintenance. However, owner was very responsive to the issues. According to "Outdoorsey' terms expectation was for trailer to have high maintenance standards
