Outdoorsy is easy to use and the host responded promptly. The RV was not clean upon pick up but can't complain after an unfortunate incident that happened due to a small fuse blowing. With that being said the cost of the fix and replacement of broken items was appropriate and handled easily and professionally.

Communication with Alexander was phenomenal. However, he did not meet us when we picked up the trailer, which led to several YouTube tutorials on how the trailer functioned. The rented generator did not work, so I was forced to go to Home Depot and buy a generator. The generator provided did not have enough amps to power both AC units, or a single AC and microwave. The trailer was not stocked with anything, so you must bring all necessary cooking supplies.

I personally felt that the trailer could have been cleaner, but I left if much cleaner upon return. I was unable to stabalize the trailer due to an inoperable rear jack. The front jack fuse blew but I was ableto operate it manually. The RV door took way too much work to lock. The Propane tank rocked forward and backward, but was unused. I don't feel there was adequate prep before rental so I will not use this service again. I communicated to the owner that this trailer should be grounded until repairs are made.

This trailer was perfect for our trip!We loved the ability to take it to a remote spot to camp and didn’t have to limit ourselves to a campground. Alexander was great and answered all of our questions, which as first time renters were a lot! I highly recommend this rental. It was great.

The trailer worked great for us as a family of four! The battery died on us on the third night, but we had the freezer and the fridge cranked up to the highest setting and we were parked in partial shade, but it turned out all right cause my in-laws had a generator. I think if the same thing happened again, if it was just us, I probably could’ve hooked it up to the truck and help to recharge it that way. It was a great camping trip and we were able to pull it with our Tacoma just fine.

Everything worked as advertised. Host was responsive and flexible to changes in itinerary. We had a minor issue with the awning, but didn't impact our trip. The battery held up for two nights of boondocking, but we had to hook to a generator to charge the battery after the other two nights. Again, did not impact the experience of our trip. I would rent this trailer and go through these hosts again.

Camper is in great condition and communication with the host was swift and helpful. The host also was open to modifying for a delivery, no questions asked. We have high cleanliness standards and had to sweep/clean out the camper, including all mattresses, to get rid of hair, food, and crumbs prior to bringing any of our belongings in. Otherwise, we highly recommend!

Alexander responded quickly, but the RV was full of dirt and had a really strong sewer smell. Our 550W generator was not big enough to run the AC in the RV.
