RV was dropped off promptly, but filthy. It took a whole pack of Swiffer pads to clean the floor and there was dirt on the walls as well as bugs in the shower and smelled like sewage. At the beginning of our reservation, the owner was easy to communicate with and promptly fixed a water leak that sprung up. Towards the end of our reservation, a sewage blockage began to gave us trouble. We were told by the septic pump people that it appeared that we were provided with non-RV toilet paper and that's what caused the blockage and prevented the tank from emptying properly. The owner became difficult to communicate with and it took 2 days for him to send someone who could resolve the septic issue, leaving us without a properly functioning toilet. We received no notice when the technician was coming or when he was done and the problem was resolved. At the conclusion of our reservation, we received notice from Outdoorsy that the majority of our deposit was claimed without any explanation. Before the reservation, we had agreed on the propane use being charged afterwards, but that should have been just a nominal amount. We are still working with Outdoorsy to get back our deposit.

When I picked up the trailer, I advised the owner that one tire had a flat spot, one tire had a bubble, and there was no spare. The owner explained he wanted Discount Tire to verify. So, I took the trailer and on my way home, the tire with a bubble blew out. I was gonna take it the next morning to Discount cause they were already closed and didn’t want to come back the next day to get the trailer cause it was kind of far away(not the owners fault). The next morning I took the trailer to Discount and the owner approved 2 new tires and also a spare wheel and tire in case something else came up. The transaction at Discount was easy and the trailer owner worked well with them and did all he could to fix the issue once Discount verified it. The reason for the 4 stars instead of a 5, was because the trailer wasn’t ready.

The host was amazing with communication from before we even booked the RV through the trip and at drop off! That was so helpful since it was our first time renting on Outdoorsy and our first time pulling a camper!

Alex and High Flying Rentals are absolutely the best. Pick up and drop off were so easy and of course, communication before and after have been perfect as well.. Our Gulfstream camper had everything we needed and then some. Our family absolutely loved it for our stay up and patience over the weekend. We will definitely be utilizing high flying rentals again as this Gulfstream was the perfect size for us. Thank you, Alex. Wish we had more pictures of the camper, but we spent too much time playing
