Really appreciated the camper and host experience. Camper came mostly as described — a bit low on water and propane was left on so left the camper a bit smelly. Zipper was broken on awning so couldn’t open it. Unit definitely needs some TLC — but Eugene was an accommodating and kind host, so that went a long way!

Excellent trip in the Pod, repeat customer. Communication was fast and frequent as I was trying to figure out what the pod was stocked with vs. what I needed to bring/buy such as chairs and certain specific kitchen items. Host was very accommodating on the pick up drop off times as my ravel plans evolved. If you are not familiar with Escapods, they are very high off of the ground and you will likely need a significant rise hitch on your tow vehicle. The center of the receiver on your TV should be about 23 inches off of the ground. This is 3/4 ton truck level, or 35-37'' tire zone. I'd also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the pod in advance as they have nuanced mechanicals, features, and functionally. There are lots of YT videos that you can view. Think the RTT, 180 awnings, propane/heat/stove/water heater/shower system/solar/AC. Nothing is hard, but there are procedures and knowledge you should know to will help avoid mistakes, damage, or frustration.
