Ryan and his wife were awesome. Easy to communicate with regarding pickup and drop off. We were first time rv users and he made sure to give us detailed information and walked us through operations on everything. The trailer was clean and in great shape. We had one mechanical issue with the trailer, but Ryan and his wife came right out to get it fixed and get it back working properly. And make sure everything was right. They were both very helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Even with the minor issue, we had a great time, loved the camper and would definitely recommend renting from Ryan. We look forward to using their camper again.

Pulled the trailer to Caddo Gap, Ark. Had a little trouble getting the rear slide out to retract when we got ready to leave on trip, but after that we had no more trouble with it. It could have been because the battery was dead and it only had the battery of the pickup to power the slide out. Overall had a very enjoyable trip. Everything worked well during our stay and ride home. Ryan was great to work with.

Thinking of purchasing either a 5er or bumper pull, I decided to rent a bumper pull to try out something in the 30' range. Very glad I did. Ryan had also rented before he purchased, and took extra time going over the trailer ins-outs with me both by text and on pickup. His time and specific guidance was well worth the $. My two kids (7 and 4) loved the rear bunks, and we all enjoyed the adventure! I dry camped about half the time, and still have a bit to learn, but the experience I gained from this experience has been invaluable. Ryan is a straight shooter, tells first timers exactly what you need to know, very easy to work with, even over the holidays. I'd definitely rent from him again.
