Like the other reviewer‘s, Jacob was excellent in communication and correspondence. The video he provided about the camper was thorough and he was absolutely right about filling up the water tanks slowly or they register full when they are not. Everything in the camper worked perfect and everything needed to set up was provided (leveling blocks, hoses, etc.). We are definitely looking forward to renting this camper again!

Jacob was very quick to reply which was awesome since we were first-timers with using a trailer. We had a great trip. Would definitely do this again.

The communication was phenomenal with Jacob. He responded very quickly and was always willing to help out. We ended up wanting to pay extra for some generators provided by Jacob too to make the experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately the propane tank was empty without realizing it, and Jacob comped us by not charging extra for the generators. Super fair of him! Loved the experience overall!! Thanks Outdoorsy!
