Charles was flexible and easy going. The camper itself was great and we had no issues setting up and taking down with the help of Charles and his wife's tutorial. Thankful to find this unit at a fair price.

Had a good time out with this. Hosts were very nice and loaded up the trailer with any stuff we may need. Some minor issues with the door, but the host advised us of that before we left.
