Overall, the trip, host and experience was good - 5 stars... that said, communication got a 4 star because it was slow with responses and nothing was clear about us having to pay an extra fee at the end of the trip to empty the Grey and black tanks. Put in a complaint with outdoorsy and they were supposed to get back to us but they never did either..If we would have read all the rules, yes it was in there that we might be charged but we paid a lot extra to have it dropped off and picked up and I thought that was part of that fee. Other than that, no complaints, good trip and this was our 1st time doing this.

The camper was great. It towed easily with my max tow package F-150. Everything works. The A/C was cold in the 90 degree heat. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished. We will definitely rent from Steven again. We gave him 5-stars on everything except we gave 4 stars on cleanliness and on maintenance. 4 stars for cleanliness because a couple of the plates had not been washed, the floor was a little dirty and pine needles came out from underneath the TV console during initial towing. It was easy enough to clean and sweep up so not a big deal. We gave 4 stars for maintenance because the left front stabilizer is damaged (Steven had pointed it out when I picked it up but I don't think he realized how unstable it was). This meant we could feel the floor sway a bit when walking. The other 3 were fine. We really like the pots and pans with the interchangeable handles. Next time we would bring real silverware, garlic powder, onion powder, paper plates, corkscrew, paper towels and a portable outdoor griddle. All in all, we really enjoyed the camper.

Loved that we could have the camper dropped off and picked up. Just drove to our camp site and enjoyed. Plenty of room for me and my wife and our 3 boys. Will book again!

Camper was clean and tidy. Black water tank was not drained on pickup. Owner was receptive and accommodating. Pickup was facilitated by a third party and not the owner themselves but still went smoothly. Return involved blocking both northbound lanes of union blvd and backing into a single lane drive… something that should be taken into consideration for the casual renter. Trailer was easy to connect and disconnect. Towing was simple and driving was smooth. Very spacious and easy to use.

Steven was very accommodating to us. We booked very last minute and he made sure everything was ready to go,down to the little details of a coffee pot. The camper itself is super nice, great camper for a family. Would 100% do it again! Steven is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Camper towed nice behind Chevy suburban

We had an amazing experience renting Steven’s camper! It was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The layout was perfect for our family, and Steven went above and beyond to make sure we were all set up and ready to go. Communication was smooth, and he was very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend renting from him
