Reese is amazing, helpful, fast responding. There are good and bad aspects here. The rv is an older model but still had enough room and amenities for my family (4 adults). We were dry camping or "boondocking" so we were able to make it through 2 days without needing to dump or refill water tank -but we were very frugal with everything. The RV is very clean and did not smell of water damage. No bugs found we staying inside. The only problem we had during the entire stay was the Generator. The generator is an older model and is only 4000. This means it can be overwhelmed quickly (this is what we were informed before the trip- we needed to be aware of power usage - we were very mindful). For example, first day we ran it for 14 hours with A/C -no other amenities running. Second day, we toggled between only fan mode WITHOUT A/C and no moving air at all because the generator kept getting bogged down (we did not have anything else on in the RV) -no generator = no a/c. This made our second night hot and sweaty, even with the windows open. Reese was informed of our issue at the end of our trip and completely understood what happened. This did not seem surprising to him or he has heard this issue before. I suggested to offer a secondary generator to aid with future renters since this is a recurring issue and he agreed to idea. Overall experience was absolutely great, minus the generator issues. I highly suggest renting from him in the future. Very professional guy.

Reese was really nice and very flexible on the pick up and drop off times. We go to Central Texas several times a year and will rent from Reese again!
