Kacy and her husband so were so responsive, pleasant and flexible to work with. The camper is very new, clean and perfect for a small family or couple. My only recommendation would be to bring additional padding for the main bed. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

The RV blinds did not work when we arrived at the rental and the top bunk broke with my daughter. The gas and water were not turned on and the hose had a leak
