This RV looks (and works) like it was just delivered from the showroom. Immaculate interior and exterior! We rented during the "deep freeze" in late DEC17 (outdoor temps down to 15 at night) and the propane heat kept it at 70 (or higher when my wife got to the thermostat) the whole time. At these temps, we did use a bottle of propane every 24-36 hours, but RV has 2 bottles, so no problems. Robert and his wife showed us how everything works---you can even see their RV on the "Going RV" TV show, Season 4, Epsiode 7----Robert went way above and beyond to make sure we were all set up and ready to enjoy the RV, including responding quickly to my couple of dozen e-mail/texts leading up to the trip and figuring out what we needed to pack and what was on the RV already---would rate higher if possible!
