Ellie was amazing to work with! The process was so easy. I was very nervous because I have zero trailer experience. She went over everything in great detail. I had one issue that I had to call her for ended up being an error on my part but she answered the phone right away and was more then willing to help and make sure I had everything working right before my trip!!! We had such a great experience that we are renting it again for Thanksgiving!!!
