Shelley was very nice and super flexible with pickup and return of the RV - not charging us for picking up the RV a day early. She did a good job showing us how everything worked and her pricing is competitive. Most everything on the RV worked properly the whole trip and we didn’t really have any problems. Gotta say the slide out bed was very comfortable with the memory foam mattress.

There are a few reasons I didn’t give 5 stars:

1 - Shelley could’ve communicated better with us via the Outdoorsy app. Sometimes taking a week or more to respond. Get her cell number for quicker response times if you plan to rent.
2 - the pictures on the website are from when the RV was new and are not entirely representative of the RV today. Mostly normal wear and tear, but it could use some refurbishing.
3 - the bathroom had not been cleaned very well and smelled up the whole RV when we flushed the toilet. Turned out the black water tank was not fully emptied when we picked it up and we thought it had been. Seemed to be a little better once we found a dump site a couple days in and flushed it out.

Otherwise, we enjoyed the trip and were comfortable throughout.

Great RV. Everything worked well and it had lots of helpful things inside to make our trip easy. It was easy to drive as well. Shelly was great.

Amazing experience!

Overall, we had a terrific experience with this RV and Shelley! The pickup and return went smoothly and everything on the RV worked as it should. It was clean, ran well, easy to operate and drive. Since this was our very first RV trip, this was the perfect vehicle for us. Shelley answered all of our many questions before pickup day and quickly responded to a few questions we had during our vacation. I would definitely recommend this RV and working with Shelley was a pleasure!

Second time was easier than the first. I kinda don’t want others to read this, so that I can rent a third time in the future without competition ! 😉

Shelley was easy to work with, upfront with everything, and accommodating to the nuances of our schedule. Easy, and no brainer to rent with Shelley next time...if the RV is available.

I had a confirmed reservation with Shelly Jenkins on 06-01-2020. On 06-22-2020 we were notified by Shelly our reservation was cancelled because it was double booked.. We messaged each other on 06-01 many times regarding where we were going and she even said we could pick up the RV anytime in the morning of 06-01. So our celebration of my husbands birthday was ruined. Something is not right here.

We enjoyed our trip to the mountains. Communication with Shelley was great. Anytime we weren’t sure of something and we called or messaged her, she replied quickly. We didn’t have any problems with the R.V. Great first camping adventure together!!

We rented this RV from Shelly and it was perfect. We are a family of 5 and went to a nearby State Park. It was out first RV trip and we had a great time. The communication ahead of time was great. The RV was clean and as described. Pick up and drop off were a breeze! I would definitely recommend this RV and this owner for anyone looking for a hassle free getaway!

Awesome weekend! Had to cut it short because of hurricane but Shelley understood our schedule changes and was very accommodating. Will look forward to booking with her again next year!
