We had a great time with our rental and trip to Scottsdale/Prescott AZ. The Inn Joy/2018 was fully equipped with everything we needed for our adventure, from wine openers to garbage bags. Also there was ample storage for our clothes, food and games. Jennifer explained everything we needed to know. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The RV functioned perfectly without any issues. Thank you Jennifer and Kathy for making our rental a great experience.

Jennifer is an owner who loves and is dedicated to her RV. We loved her every attention to detail and helping us understand how to use and care for her RV.
I communicated with her quite a bit since it was our first time with outdoorsy and with a RV. We wanted to be sure we were doing everything right. She checked in with us while on our trip and was supportive throughout. Excellent service, excellent owner.

Definitely "As Advertised." Jennifer's motor home has everything you need and she is very responsive to questions. The bed is very comfortable and the outdoor entertainment center is great. One item of note, the hot water is plumbed backward. We would definitely rent this motor home again.

What a great host. When we picked up the RV she was patient and explained everything we needed to know. The RV was super clean and well equipped. She was very good about making sure the RV was up to date on tires, DEF and the engine fluids. Was also quick to respond to any text we had regarding the operations of the RV while we were on our trip.

What can I say? I can say a lot: Jennifer was available always for questions, she gave a thorough walk through, the RV was spotless, lots of amenities that were not seen in other RV rentals, the kitchen was stocked, and more. Her RV was a dream to drive, and comfortable. We did a back to back trip in 2 days to the middle of Texas from Phoenix. Lots of miles, no fatigue, ad enjoyable ride. There is no question that Jennifer is the person to go to if you want professionalism, honesty, and a RV that is superb!

We had a great time driving to Sequoia, King's Canyon and Yosemite National Parks in Jennifer's 2018 Thor Motor Coach Citation. This RV was perfect for me, my husband and our dog.
When we went to pick-up the RV, it was spotless and Jennifer gave us a thorough orientation. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, etc. We were pleasantly surprised by the things we didn't have to pack.
The mattress is comfortable as are the driver and passenger seats in the front cab area.
The refrigerator and freezer worked efficiently.
The RV has drawers and cabinets for storing clothes, food, and supplies. The bathroom has storage above and below the sink. And, the dashboard has areas for storing drinks, paperwork, hand sanitizer and a box of Kleenex.
We did have some challenges with the air conditioning system, but Jennifer was easy to contact and responded immediately to any questions we had. (We had a mobile RV tech come to one of the RV resorts and he was able to add Freon which resolved the issue.)
Our experience renting this RV made this a great vacation.

Enjoyed renting the RV from Jennifer. She ensured the RV was clean and sanitized for us. The RV is as shown in the listing and she was responsive to our questions. Had a great trip to Flagstaff, was easy to drive and comfortable in the RV park with hookups.

Jennifer was so kind and accommodating, just a lovely person to rent from. We planned our trip kind of last minute and if it weren’t for her, I don’t think it would have happened.
The trailer we rented from her was just perfect for us and our 6 year old daughter—just the right size for the right price. With plenty of storage space and she even stocks it with a couple camping chairs, a table and an outdoor area mat.

Very clean, comfortable and well-outfitted. Owner ensured we were well-prepared and had everything we might need. We definitely benefitted from her experience. She reached out to us prior and during the rental, an excellent communicator. She made it easy, as well as good value. All in all a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommend.

We did a 14 day motorhome rental & we stayed in Sedona, Lake Powell, Kanab, and the Grand Canyon. We took side trips to Antelope Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon. The Motorhome was Awesome. Great gas mileage and a perfect size for us with the 2 slides. We were able to park at the trailheads and it has plenty of power to drive up hills. The motorhome was clean and Jennifer is a great owner who provided excellent instructions & a full setup of kitchen gear. I would highly recommend this motorhome for your next trip. Thank you very much Jennifer for making our vacation so smooth.

Took the RV north in Arizona to multiple national monuments and parks. RV functioned well, got around 16 mpg, engine sweet spot is around 2,000 rpm. Comfortable, warm and cozy. Easy to drive, Well-behaved. Well-equipped by owner. If owner provided write-up of "how to make things work" would have eased learning curve of RV capabilities. RV was better than our expectations.

This was an absolutely great RV rental. Very accurately described. It was everything I could hope for and more. Jennifer really provided us with a lot of extras - most of which we didn't use (our choice). The only thing we couldn't figure out was how to use any of the 3 TVs - which was no big deal for us. I loved driving this Mercedes based vehicle. I was getting between 14 & 15 mpg. Outdoorsy.com helped us out in figuring out how to improve the usage of the A/C system. It was very easy communicating with Jennifer and she quickly answered all of our question.

Great Overall RV Experience. Rented for almost 6 week road trip across the country. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and had many extra amenities available for us in this virtually new RV. RV was super clean and drove fantastic. Great size RV for traveling around and still small enough to easily get into parking lots, campgrounds, etc. Would highly recommend this rental.

We highly recommend this RV as a rental. The RV was first class, easy to drive and great on gas with a diesel engine! The kitchen was fantastic and included everything we needed to cook and prepare our meals; including, most importantly, a Keurig coffee maker. Also included was all the various amenities needed, such as TP, paper towels, trash bags, and plenty of little extras, which was a nice touch. As a lot of bathrooms can be a bit small in an RV, we had just enough room to store all of our bathroom items in the cabinet. The queen size bed was very comfortable to sleep in, though it was a little hard to get in and out of in, still very comfortable. All of the linens were provided and of top hotel quality. Jennifer was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She even allowed us to leave our vehicle at her place while we took the RV for a week; which was a huge convenience for us. We would rent this RV again as it was perfect for our family and dog and Jennifer was such a pleasure!
