Casey was extremely nice and flexible with us which was very helpful since we drove in from out of state for our camping trip. When we had questions while we were at the lake, she answered us quickly. The trailer was roomy for our family of 5. The bunk room in back has 3 beds and 2 chairs for the kids to hangout in and read. The camper has 2 ACs so it stays nice and cool during hot summer days. Make sure you rent a 50 amp site so you can use both ACs! The bathroom is good sized and you don’t feel cramped when you’re in it. There’s lots of storage for provisions on your trip. The camper has basic cooking items: medium pot, pan, strainer, bowls, and has basic utensils. The fridge is bigger than in other campers I’ve stayed in of the same size. The sink is large and has covers so you can use it as countertop area (or hide dirty dishes you haven’t washed yet). The kitchen area has a horseshoe dining area which fit all 5 of us. The couch is comfy and the tv can be watched from the living room area or the bedroom area because it is on a swivel! We didn’t have time to turn it on, but liked the concept! She stocks it with toilet paper and trash bags which is nice. You do need to bring your own bedding which is pretty standard when camping. The queen bed in the front is a real mattress and very comfortable (not hard, not soft, so perfect for us). The radio in it has Bluetooth so you can play your music while you’re hanging out in the camper. We did have to help the back slide in by pulling down on it at the top, but we let Casey know and she is going to have it repaired when she takes it in for the required monthly inspection for Outdorsey. There are 2 gray water holding tanks, one for the kitchen sink and one for the bathroom sink which is nice when you’re with a bigger group for a week camping. There is minor wear and tear, as to be expected with a 5 yo camper that rents out, but nothing that is broken or missing. Casey does let renters use the awning (not all do) which is nice and works perfectly. I didn’t get a picture but it was super cute with our lights hanging on it! The camper is very comfortable. Overall, this is a great camper for a bigger group, at a great value, with a great hostess. I highly recommend.

Seamless experience with Casey! She made sure we had everything we needed to have a fun camping getaway. Fantastic communication before we arrived, and when I reached out for a question I had after hooking up at our campsite, she responded right away. Great value for what you're actually getting, and had no issues at all. We'll definitely rent from her again if given the opportunity!
