Very misleading! The pictures listed on the site were probably taken right off the showroom floor but the actual condition of the camper shows much older/used than the pictures. The air conditioning unit on the roof was duct taped together, the bumper of the camper also had duct tape holding it on. The interior of the camper was also a big disappointment. The thermostat was missing the cover, the walls were obviously scratched from a pet, the screen on the door was torn, the latch on the door was broken, the air vents were black and moldy, the shower leaked and was unusable, the linens provided were old and worn, there was only one pot and one frying pan, no dishes or silverware, and the outdoor grill didn't work. The door became a safety problem when it broke and we were unable to open the door at all and had to climb out the emergency window and get help to open the door. The toilet backed-up and luckily we were camping with others that knew how to change the hoses to drain it otherwise we would have been stuck not being able to use the toilet at all. Communication with the owner was unsatisfactory. We had to make initial contact and we also had to purchase extra time at the campground to accommodate the owner's set up schedule. Once the camper was set up and available for us the owner didn't notify us - we had to reach out to follow up. The owner did not release our deposit after our trip until Outdoorsy advocated for us. When we reached out to the owner to request compensation he did not reply so we reached out a second time and he told us he set the camper up and it was fine for him so he would not be giving us any refund point, blank, period. We would not recommend this camper or this owner!!!!!

Everything was perfect, Matthew was very helpful! We were using the RV with our 18 months old daughter and the layout was perfect; baby on the other side of the RV and we had the bedroom on the other side next to the bathroom. I would only recommend to wash the carpets they had a dog smell.
