Cathy was a pleasure to work with. The hand off of the RV was so smooth and the return was just as flexible and easy as when the unit was delivered. The AC was cold on a hot day and the roll out awning definitely saved us time over having to use a pop-up. Overall, this was the easiest RV experience we have had yet!!!
