My husband and I are private owners of this modern 37' Bunkhouse Travel Trailer as well as our other listing of our 22' Coachman RV. We live in Florida and enjoy camping on the many waterfront RV parks throughout Florida. Our goal is to make your camping experience the best it can be. This was a nightmare of a vacation. The rig is a pile of junk. They waited till we showed up to tell us the awning didn't work. When I got home I plugged the rig into my house to run the refrigerator and keep my food cold. It blew the breaker on my house. I then tried a different plug with an extension cord and it blew the breaker again and this time fused the end of my power cord with theirs and my $50 dollar cord was shot and my GFI outlet as well. I will spend around $250 for those repairs. It also blew the breaker at a friends house in AL and at the camp ground as well. The wind shield wipers were no good. I was driving home in the rain and had to stop a couple of times due to the lack of vision. This issue speaks volume to how the owner is to deal with and clearly they are just worried about profit and not the well being of the people who rent the rig. Unfortunately this wasn't the only problems I ran into with the rig. At the camp ground the sewage & waste water wouldn't drain right due to the 25' of hose and no riser tool to get the right slope. The owner told me to leave the valves closed when hooked up at the camp ground, but two days later tells me that the waste water valve should be open when hooked up. The water hose also leaked at the RV tie in location. The owner claimed it was me, but you will notice in the pictures I have attached the remains of plumbers tape, which clearly proves this is an ongoing problem they have. The kitchen sink leaks as well. You couldn't do dishes without ruining their cabinets. I had to wash them outside. The owner also told us that they were available for a call or text 24/7, but most of the time I reached out to them they didn't respond till I called them out on not meeting what they told me.
The owners are liars plain and simple. Save yourself a lot of headaches and go somewhere else. I will tell you that Outdoorsy was useless to help us at any time.
We had to come home early it was so bad, but the owner refused to refund any money and I also lost $250 for the days at the camp ground I couldn't stay for. They are going to rip you off for sure. Run away. Good luck.

Vehicle was dropped off at our location and completely set up at our campsite. They gave us a tour and complete instructions pertaining to the RV. Everything was supplied including bath towels and spices among numerous other things.

Our first RV experience. Sylvia was delightful and very helpful. The rig was great and it was equipped with everything we could possibly need. A great addition to our time in sunny Florida.

We rented this RV for our 5 year anniversary and brought our 2 small dogs along. This was our first time ever renting or driving an RV and we felt comfort after a thorough explanation and walk through with the owners. They were easily accessible to communicate throughout the trip as well. We stopped at many unique RV parks, mets some awesome people from all over the world and visited some great towns and beaches in 9 days! This space was perfect for us and would not rent any bigger or smaller for us.

This was our first experience renting a camper. From the minute I looked at Rick and Sylvia’s listing and sent a message they were fast to reply and answers every question in detail. They as well went above and beyond in all theybdid for us. We didn’t need to bring a thing except food and toothbrushes. We will be booking with them again. Thanks again For all you did you two were awesome.

Rick & Sylvia were great. They were very helpful and courteous. Their response time for questions before and during the trip were always quick. They supplied everything needed for camping except food and clothing :). This was our first time camping in an RV instead of a tent. The experience was very fun for my family. Thank you Rick & Sylvia.
