It was nerve-wracking since it was our first time renting an RV, but the family was very helpful when it came to explaining how things worked. They also helped us hook up the rv to the truck when we were taking it and when we were returning it. Although our rv was changed last minute, it was still a great experience and will surely do it again in the future.

The service LaNetia provided was outstanding! The RV was nice and met our needs. We had a fantastic time at Hanks Creek! LaNetia arranged for the RV to be delivered and setup. When we arrived it was nice and cool and ready for us to enjoy. I highly recommend renting this RV because of the wonderful service LaNetia provided and the nice accommodations.

Service was excellent. Everything worked as it should. There was minor wear in the trailer, but overall a wonderful vacation. Our kids enjoyed the DVD player at night.

As first time RVers the trip with the RV was excellent. The first night we got caught in the artic blast that hit Texas. The RV performed flawlessly. Due to a power outage we had to thaw water and sewer lines the next day but that was to be expected. We were camping with experienced RVers in there personal RV which was a big help. Our host was outstanding! She anticipated the weather and swapped our RV with one that had an electric fireplace in it. That aided in augmenting the gas heat and worked great. She also did courtesy checks on us throughout our visit. She has the option to add a generator to the rental package. I declined because I didn't think we would need it. After the power outage she offered to add the generator. I declined again because we were past the power issue. Our host's setup crew are outstanding too. Professional and polite and went through the RV's functions for us. Will definitely rent again from our host. We visit this campground once or twice a year. She treated us so well and her equipment is well maintained that we will call again. My sister will rent from her on our next trip. I would highly recommend our host to rent from. Definitely 5 stars!!

Overall, our trip was great. LaNetia and William were great hosts. They had everything together and much more. The pick up and return process was very smooth. I will definitely use another one of their RVs.

Overall, great experience. Pick up was easy. The RV was clean and easy to set up. The owner always communicated and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

This was the best experience. They owner was super nice. The RV was very well stocked. They were excellent communicators. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

Had a wonderful time...LaNetia's communication was great - making sure we had what we needed and everything was going as expected. The accommodations were comfortable and exactly as expected. It was great having the basic essentials of dish soap, zip locks etc which often we forget when "RVing". Thanks so much!

Can’t say enough good things! LaNetia was very responsive and a pleasure to speak with. She checked on us throughout our trip and made sure we had everything we needed. Many thanks to both she and her husband for a truly wonderful trip. We had a blast and will definitely be doing this again soon!

This was our first time to rent an RV, and LaNetia and her husband made it a fabulous experience. They were extremely helpful, answering any questions we had, almost immediate response time. The RV was very clean, exactly as described in the listing. Will definitely be renting from them again.

LaNetia and her husband were super helpful and made it so easy to rent and return the trailer. We loved the fact that the trailer was stocked with all the essentials you would need. Just bring food and drinks and go! We were very pleased that we could squeeze 2 Adults and 4 teenagers in to it to sleep as we meet up at a family reunion about an hour away. Many thanks!
